The #3rd tip is "task planning"
Task planning is extremely important obviously, but not too difficult to do. What you can do is, write down all the tasks that are written in the task sheet or criteria sheet and assign due dates accordingly. Then you can break those tasks down to more detailed and smaller tasks. You can also bring the task list to each meeting to see how team is progressing. You can monitor the progress by word account if that's easier. Always keep your team member up to date with the progress and also keep records.
Keep in mind that there is no such thing as the perfect plan. Things will always go differently to what you have originally planned. So review your plan constantly and make adjustments as necessary. Also keep your plan flexible but highlight the absolute deadlines (eg. submission due date).
