When you first meet your group mates, it is important that the team discuss about each team member's expectations. First ask what grades they are after, then how often you want to meet up, how you want to communicate, how many days you can wait before you receive the replies, etc...
Then talk about what you want to do when someone stops communicating. For example, if someone ignores any communications for more than 5 days, the team will report it to the tutor.
